We have designed this website to make choosing the correct level of restoration as easy as possible; however if we feel the incorrect level has been chosen, we will contact you to discuss further. If you need any assistance choosing your level of restoration, please email us here.


Any estimates received from Vintage Photo Repair are valid for a one month period from the date the estimate was issued.


All goods are sent at the owners’ risk. Vintage Photo Repair cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged materials. We strongly recommend any photos are securely packaged (in a cardboard backed envelope for example) and sent by Royal Mail registered or recorded delivery with any appropriate insurance.

Receipt and delivery of original photographic material

All orders will be returned to you by recorded delivery at a cost of £4.99. UK only, overseas customer please email us here with your full address and we will confirm postage costs.


By placing an order with Vintage Photo Repair we assume the customer has full copyright control of the material or has obtained permission to use the material for their own purposes. Vintage Photo Repair will accept no liability for any violation of copyright. You, the customer are fully responsible for this.


Payment can be made by PayPal if placing your order via Vintage Photo Repair website.
If your order is being sent to us, then payment can be made by cheque, payable to Mr P Benfield PO Box 525 Beckenham BR3 9HW United Kingdom


Vintage Photo Repair reserves the right to change prices on the website at any given time without prior notice.


We are confident that our customers will be satisfied with the results that they receive back from us, but if for any reason you are not happy with any aspect of our work please email us with an explanation of your concerns and we will do all we can to rectify the problem. If for instance after receiving your digital file back from us, you would like a colour or contrast adjustment, we would be happy to carry out the adjustment free of charge.
For instance when we are working from a customers scan, we will send back a file that we feel has realistic colour, exposure and contrast but as we would not have seen the original photo we cannot guarantee an exact match.
